Privacy & cookie choices

This notice describes choices on Echoit’s public website. For privacy questions or requests about information you have provided, email contact@echoit.com.

Information you choose to provide

Our waitlist and membership contact forms send the details you submit to Echoit so we can handle your request. In the two-step beta form, Continue saves your name, email, phone number and membership acknowledgment, including the terms version and when the submission was received. Your billing address remains in the current browser tab and is cleared when you leave. After a successful contact submission, the name, email address and valid phone number you provided are saved in this tab and are eligible to fill other Echoit contact forms for 30 minutes. Expired saved information is removed when the feature next checks it; existing entries in an open form are not automatically erased. Anyone using this tab may see these contact details. This convenience does not identify you, carry across devices, accept agreements or submit a form for you. Review all filled details before sending. Use “Forget saved details” on a contact form to clear this saved information and reload the page, particularly on a shared device. Payment details, billing addresses, agreement choices and qualification answers are not saved for this feature. Your browser may also offer its own autofill, which you control in browser settings. No automated reminder emails are sent by this form. Payment takes place on Stripe’s hosted checkout, not in an Echoit card form. Stripe’s own privacy information applies there.

Optional analytics

Unless you have turned tracking off in this browser, Google Analytics sends limited cookieless measurements of visits and confirmed waitlist signups, and the X advertising pixel loads by default. Google analytics-cookie consent remains denied until you explicitly choose Accept or Allow analytics cookies; default loading never sends a granted consent signal. No saved refusal is overwritten. X may use cookies and associate visits with information it holds for advertising measurement. Both providers may receive visit and device information. Default-on operation is not a record that you gave consent. The website sends fixed page addresses and titles, not form names or email addresses, in those analytics events. Google’s advertising-storage and personalization settings remain denied, but those settings do not disable the separate X pixel. Google Privacy Policy and X Privacy Policy explain how those providers use information.

Use Cookie preferences in the footer of a public content page to change that choice. Turning tracking off reloads that page and removes the known Google Analytics cookies _ga and _ga_8L62H9W6S9. Analytics consent does not permit visitor identification.

Optional visitor identification & marketing

Visitor identification is currently inactive. If offered and you separately allow this category, RB2B and its data partners can receive information about your visit, such as page activity, browser identifiers and network information. They can use cookies and matching information they hold to associate a visit with a company or business contact. Details returned to Echoit may include a name, work email address, company and professional profile. Echoit may use that information for sales and marketing follow-up. RB2B may also use shared information in its identity database under its terms. This is not anonymous audience measurement.

This category is off by default and separate from analytics. A Global Privacy Control signal keeps it off even if an earlier choice allowed it. Identification is limited to approved public content pages, not this notice, sign-in, account, administrative or checkout pages. Declining it does not stop you using the website or submitting a form.

Withdrawal and network opt-out

Use Visitor privacy settings to turn identification off. Your choice is stored in this browser. Withdrawal removes known RB2B first-party cookies and reloads an active page to remove the tracking code. This cannot recall information already sent, stop a request already in progress, or remove data held by RB2B or its partners.

You can also use RB2B’s network opt-out and, where applicable, its GDPR opt-out. For requests to Echoit, including access or deletion requests, contact us. An opt-out on this site is not a promise of deletion from another company’s systems.

Cookies and saved choices

Consent choices are stored locally in this browser. Another browser, another device, private browsing or clearing site data can require a new choice. If the browser cannot save an identification choice, identification stays off. A temporary browser-session denial may also be saved after withdrawal.

If visitor identification is activated and permitted, RB2B documents these first-party cookies. Cookie lifetimes are vendor defaults; clearing cookies or withdrawing consent can remove them earlier.
